Troubleshooting tips

• If popup doesn’t open:

  • Make sure Elementor Pro is active and popup ID is correct.

  • Open browser console (F12) and look for JS errors.

• If the hidden field stays empty:

  • In the Elementor Form widget, confirm the Hidden field ID/name is product_name. If you used a different name, update the JS selectors or rename the field.

  • Inspect the popup DOM to find the actual input name attribute and add that selector to the JS poll list.

• If you still see Add to Cart:

  • Ensure product is not in the direct-booking category (check slug vs display name).

  • Confirm the PHP snippet is active (Code Snippets plugin or functions.php).

• If using a caching plugin: clear cache after changes.
